Its design is modular and it is manufactured for several transport capacities:  10, 14 or 20 t/h (density: 700kg/m3)

The chain elevator allows lifting grains vertically with a slow moving and unloading speed. This helps transporting seeds with a breakage percentage lower than 1% since there is no hit or abrasion during loading or unloading.

The structure is made of folded profiles of SAE 1010 plate in different thicknesses, and due to its modular design, it is possible to add or remove modules and increase or reduce unloading heights, adjusting them to the required design.  It has two lines of pitch chains with special attachments over which the plastic buckets are placed.

It is ideal for processes requiring as little mechanical damage as possible, preventing in this way diminishing value to the processed seeds and where guarantee food safety is required.

The transmission system is made up of 8 gears driven by a 2hp gear-motor and also an intermediate transmissionthrough chain. This guarantees a long service life of conveyance, little and simple maintenance, which in turn at the time of working results in something important: no stopping to repair. External finishings are performed with industrial synthetic paint highly pressure sprayed in all its parts, which guarantees high gloss and uniform thickness.
