Sorter 250RC

Product Description:

This equipment is based on the widespread concept for grain sorting with substantial improvements in key technical aspects like lower power consumption, greater productivity, simple adjustment through electronic control systems, easy installation, adaptable for Big-Bag use.

We managed to make more efficient designs through the study of our turbines. In this way, we have succeeded in reaching a lower consumption per ton of the highest quality processed product.

Thanks to our system of 3m2 sieves and the exclusive system of return among them, we can guarantee the best quality of processed material and an excellent productivity.

The oscillating system is the result of upgrading equipment we have been using from a long time ago. We reached to make this equipment easy to install, without the requirement of special civil work or too robust anchorage.

All of this, in addition to the possibility of direct use of discarded Big-Bags, together with the general low maintenance of the whole equipment and the standardization of GESSI spare parts and components, make the Sorter 250RC the best option for sorting all kind of seeds and grains.

This equipment has a body with an operating principle based on a densimetric table which separates seeds through weight difference. The body has a suction hood which removes the dust and the lighter bodies.

There is also a body of sieves whose main function is to separate the grain by shape and size. This body has planes of sieves and a blind sheet at the bottom, with baskets containing rubber balls in charge of cleaning the planes and making the seeds move forward easily. There are return sheets between the first three sieves, which receive the grains that passed through the upper sieve and send them to the following sieve. This allows and guarantees that the grains are perfectly graded.

The processed material is delivered from five outlet nozzles. The first four ones correspond to each one of the sieve planes and the fifth one to the blind sheet (bottom) from where the rejected or discarded material generally gets out.

Its main structure is mainly built with rectangular tubes of 6.5mm in SAE1010 steel and coated with folded sheet. All shafts are built in alloy steel and have been thermally treated.

The vibrating system is mounted over epoxy fiberglass plates, free from maintenance. Every movement is produced by three-phase electric motors.  External finishing is performed with industrial synthetic paint in all its parts.
