This equipment is designed for those producers who have little production but want the best quality in process. This is the productivity complement to our line.

First of all, like in all our Sorters, this equipment has a body which works on the principle of a densimetric table. The function of this table is to separate impurities through weight difference. This body works together with a suction hood which removes the dust and the lighter bodies, and the corresponding cylone dust collector to decant the material removed.

The equipment also has a body of sieves, whose main function is to separate the grain by shape and size. First, the particles go through a perforated sheet for removal of large foreign material to take out large bodies, followed by three planes of sieves and a blind sheet at the bottom. Each one of them has a basket containing rubber balls which dislodges the grains and makes the seeds move forward easily. There is a return sheet between the two first sieves. This return sheet receives the grains that passed through the upper sieve and sends them to the following sieve. This allows and guarantees that the grains are perfectly graded.

The processed material is delivered from 4 outlet nozzles. The first three correspond to each one of the sieve planes and the fourth one to the blind sheet (bottom) from where the rejected or discarded material generally gets out.

Its main structure is mainly built in thick wall profiling with SAE1010 steel and coated with folded steel plate. All shafts are built in alloy steel and thermally treated.

The vibrating system is mounted over epoxy fiberglass plates, free from maintenance.

Every movement is produced by three-phase electric motors.  External finishing is performed with industrial synthetic paint in all its parts.
